Welcome to the very tasty COTTON TREE TEA, where many call it one of their favorite beverages to drink. A minimally processed, healthier option with simple ingredients: blend of water, green and black tea, natural flavors, natural preservatives, and added sugar.

We honor our Gullah Geechee heritage traced back to the Mende ancestry in Sierra Leone, West Africa. The green and black tea blend in which we produce allow us to honor many things about our ancestral mother land. Our brand is named after the great Cotton Tree - a national symbol of freedom located in the center of Freetown, Sierra Leone. According to tradition, former African American slaves landed on the shoreline of Sierra Leone, walked up to the giant Cotton tree and held a thanksgiving service by praying, singing hymns, and thanking the creator for their deliverance. The Lion logo which is a symbol for our great brand, represents the Lion Mountains; after which the country of Sierra Leone is named.
